Who can request removal
The business owner, an authorised representative, or anyone whose rights a listing infringes.
How to request it
Open the listing and use “Request removal” in the “Keep this listing accurate” panel. Tell us your role at the business and why the listing should come down, and include an email address so we can confirm.
You can also email hello@cumberlandvibes.com from an address at the business's domain, which speeds up verification.
What happens next
We acknowledge requests and aim to action them within five business days.
Straightforward cases — closed businesses, duplicates, owner requests — are unpublished on review. Disputed cases get a short back-and-forth first.
Removed listings stop appearing in search, category pages, sitemaps and the API.
Corrections instead of removal
If the problem is a wrong detail rather than the listing itself, a suggested edit is faster and keeps the business discoverable.
